Shipping policy
Shipping:
Orders are processed same day if orders are placed by 12pm CST. Orders after 12pm CST are processed next day. If there is a special request, we may accomodate. We use USPS and Fedex Overnight.
SHIPPING TIMES for USPS:
- First class mail: 2- 7 business days
- Priority mail: 2-3 business days
- Express mail : 1-2 business days
FEDEX Overnight for US: 1 to 2 business days
International:
- First class mail: 6 to 14 business days
- International priority: 6 to 10 business days
- International express : 3 to 5 business days
Please note: Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control on how long post office (domestic and international) takes to deliver your order.
Delivery times can be up to 45 days depending on post office and your country's customs. Buyer is responsible for any custom and duty taxes. We are not responsible for any transit delays that may occur.
If you haven’t received your package and it has been marked delivered, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. They placed a geolocation on every package that is scanned so they are able to tell you where the exact location your package is at. We cannot responsible for packages that are marked delivered per tracking. Also, please talk to your postman, neighbors, family members that live in the same household and look around your apartment/house.
